All the practical information you need for a relaxed arrival, an enjoyable stay and an easy departure.
Arrival
Check-in and a personal welcome
Check-in is available from 3 pm. We will welcome you personally and hand over the keys when you arrive. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Getting here: first enter Puycalvel as your destination in Google Maps. From the village, navigation will guide you reliably to La Bastide; without this step, it may suggest unpaved roads.
During your stay
A few practical points for an enjoyable stay
Swimming pool
The pool is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. For safety reasons, glasses and glass bottles are not permitted in the pool area.
Wi-Fi & streaming
Connect to the nearest La Bastide network, depending on where you are on the property. The televisions offer French channels, and you can use streaming services with your own account.
Laundry room
The shared laundry room is at the rear of La Grange and is available free of charge to guests staying in La Ferme, La Grange and La Bergerie. Please do not use the washing machine or dryer after 10 pm. La Terrasse has its own washing machine and dryer.
Waste & recycling
Plastic packaging, tins, paper and cardboard go in the yellow bin, glass in the blue bin and general waste in the black bin. The recycling point is in the garage opposite the laundry room.
Wastewater treatment system
Please do not put sanitary products, wipes, food scraps, fats or other solid items down the toilet or drains. Only use the cleaning products provided.
The animals of La Bastide
Respectful encounters
Our animals are part of everyday life here, but they are not an attraction with unrestricted access. Please do not feed them or enter the horse paddocks without being accompanied. If you would like to get to know them, simply come and speak to us. Your pets are welcome too.

Departure
Check-out by 11 am
Your holiday should not end with a major cleaning session. We simply ask you to leave the house tidy and swept:
- Strip the beds, including sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
- Gather the bath towels and hand towels and leave all linen in one pile near the entrance.
- Empty all bins and take the waste to the appropriate containers.
- Empty and clean the fridge and freezer.
- Put away clean dishes and empty the dishwasher.
- Clean the oven and hob if you have used them.
- Empty the coffee machine, then wipe down the cooker and worktops.
- Take all personal belongings, rinse the washbasin and leave the toilet clean.
- Leave the floors swept.
- Close the windows and leave the exterior shutters open.
- Return the keys to us in person.
