Peter Escher is a passionate hotelier with more than three decades of experience in the hotel industry. His journey began over three decades ago with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the renowned Lausanne Hotel Management School. This in-depth training formed the solid foundation for his career, which took him to Spain for around a decade as a successful restaurateur.
It was also in Spain that he discovered his deep love of Mediterranean culture and lifestyle. This time abroad shaped him personally and broadened his horizons in many ways.
With the opening of “La Bastide”, Peter Escher is realizing his personal lifelong dream. In this idyllic retreat, he combines his passion as a host with his deep connection to nature and a visionary approach to life. Together with his life partner Michaela, he creates an atmosphere that welcomes guests from all over the world and offers them an unforgettable experience.
In addition to his work as a host, Peter has also made a name for himself as an integral and business coach. His joy in accompanying people in private and professional matters is reflected in his empathetic and professional coaching style. He offers his wealth of experience and guidance to seminar guests and is a valued advisor and sparring partner, particularly in matters of reorientation, value development and leadership skills.
