Personal data may be collected on various occasions, in particular

  • Hotel activities: Room reservation, check-in and billing, stay and services offered, consumption in the hotel bar or restaurant during a stay, inquiries, complaints and/or disputes.
  • Participation in programs or marketing activities: registration in loyalty programs, participation in satisfaction surveys (e.g. Guest Satisfaction Survey), newsletter subscription.
  • Transmission of information from third parties: tour operators, travel agencies (online or offline), reservation systems and others.
  • Internet activities: Connections to La Bastide SARL websites (IP address, cookies in accordance with our cookie policy), online forms (online reservation, questionnaires, social network pages, connections with your social network IDs, exchanges with a chatbot).
